Cover the container with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour, so that it can acquire its flavour.<\/p><p>Wash the snow peas well, cut off the ends, removing the string from the sides, dry them and put a non-stick frying pan on the heat to saut\u00e9 them. Put a little extra virgin olive oil in the pan and when it is hot, add the snow peas. Saut\u00e9 for a few minutes, leaving them crispy, add salt to taste and set aside.<br \/>Grease the grill with a little extra virgin olive oil and heat it up. When it has reached the required temperature, add the pork tenderloin soaked in the teriyaki sauce, but drained. <br \/>Cook the meat on both sides to taste. We think it should be pink inside. Before serving, brush the secret with a little teriyaki sauce.<\/p><p>Cut the pork tenderloin into portions and arrange them on plates, garnish with the saut\u00e9ed snow peas, a few cilantro leaves and finish with a little Maldon salt.
