We love these pods, also known as bisaltos, seasoned with oriental sauces and with a spicy touch.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71eb646b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"71eb646b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ingredients (4 servings)<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ac43bb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7ac43bb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>300 grams of snow peas<\/li><li>2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/li><li>1 clove of garlic<\/li><li>1 slice of fresh ginger<\/li><li>25 grams of oyster sauce<\/li><li>20 grams of soy sauce<\/li><li>10 grams of rice vinegar<\/li><li>10 grams of brown sugar<\/li><li>1 tbsp black sesame and white sesame<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp ground chili (optional)<\/li><li>1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)<\/li><li>a pinch of fleur de sel (optional)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f40f29 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0f40f29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Elaboration<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-110d5e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"110d5e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Clean the snow peas well, cut off both ends and remove the strings from the sides. Once they have been washed, drain them well.<br \/>Peel the garlic clove and cut it into thin slices, peel the ginger and grate it. Heat a large frying pan with the extra virgin olive oil, set it to medium heat and brown the garlic and ginger. When the garlic has taken on colour, remove the pan from the heat and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-751517d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"751517d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Return the pan to the heat and allow the sugar to dissolve, then add the snow peas and turn up the heat. Saut\u00e9 for a few minutes, stirring frequently so that they are well coated with the sauce.<br \/>After a minute, add the sesame seeds, chili and sesame oil. Saut\u00e9 for a few minutes until the snow peas are to your liking. If you want them crispy, don&#039;t leave them for more than two minutes (although this depends on their size and freshness).<\/p><p>Serve the saut\u00e9ed snow peas with oyster sauce on the plates on which you will serve them as a side dish or on a tray in the centre of the table so that each diner can serve themselves as they wish.
