Ingredients: 1 m. pizza base, 1 ball of mozzarella, 1 tray of cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
Elaboration:
Sauté the halved tomatoes in a very hot pan with a little oil for a couple of minutes to remove any water. Season them and spread them over the pizza base, which you can buy ready-made or knead at home.
We put it in the oven preheated to 200º C for about five minutes, and before the edges start to brown, we add the mozzarella cut into thin slices.
We put it back in the oven and finish cooking. Before serving, we distribute the basil leaves on top.
