Ingredients: 1 tray of cherry tomatoes, 300 g of spaghetti, 2 garlic cloves, fresh basil, oil, Parmesan cheese slices, salt and pepper.
We heat plenty of salted water to boil the pasta.
Meanwhile, slice the garlic and put it in the pan with oil, add the whole cherry tomatoes and sauté for a minute, season with salt and pepper, lower the heat and let it cook covered for five more minutes.
We drain the pasta, cooked al dente, and immediately add it to the pan. We sauté well, adding a little of the pasta boiling water if necessary, and serve by scattering fresh basil leaves and slices of Parmesan or another dry cheese over the pasta.
