Ingredients: Cherry tomatoes, a package of mozzarella balls, basil, olive oil and salt.
Elaboration:
We wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Using a short wooden skewer, we skewer half a tomato, a mozzarella ball and the other half of the tomato. If we want to make them longer, we can put two sliced tomatoes and two mozzarella balls.
We crush the basil leaves with two fingers of oil and a pinch of salt and we season the skewers with this oil.
